All orders placed before 2:00 PM (GMT+1) on business days are usually shipped the same day if the products are in stock. You can check whether the products are in stock on the product page and at the cart in the checkout procedure. Orders placed after 2:00 PM (GMT+1) will be processed and shipped the next business day.
We do not charge for handling, and deliver your goods in approved packing.

All orders will be shipped from Denmark. Shipping costs and available shipping methods are automatically calculated during the checkout process (order placement) and vary based on the destination country and order contents. It’s easy to check the actual shipping costs for goods added to the cart. To do this go the page “Cart” ( first step at the checkout, launched from the top right corner).

Delivery on days at low outdoor temperatures will be handled in "cold" cars.

At Liquor Store Europe we believe in quick and flexible delivery. You can choose to have your package delivered at your private address or to your workplace.


On you can order all the products available on our website. The website is updated regularly.

The following applies to all other countries whereto delivery is offered by Liquor-Store-Europe:
At the prices will be stated in either EUR (Euro) or GBP (Pound Sterling) depending on the destination country.

The prices stated include Danish VAT and Danish custom and excise duties. Any further expenses due to local customs and excise duties are not included in the prices stated.
You as a customer are responsible for the cost of any further customs and excise duties related to your order.

Local customs and excise duties varies from country to country. Should you have any questions related to locally customs and duties, please address those to your local customs office.


Payment for your order can be made by using the following credit- or debit cards:

  • Visa Electron
  • MasterCard
  • Visa

  • Diners

No fees will be charged using any of the above payment cards.

We meet the demands from PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard).
We use an encrypted (SSL) connection to handle the payment. The data submitted is only available for Nets ( Neither Liquor-Store-Europe or any third party have access to the data.
The amount of money will not be deducted from your payment card until the goods are due for dispatch. The amount will never be larger than the one you have approved in the checkout procedure by completing the payment.

You can´t pay in advance by making a bank transfer. The only payment we accept is by card, with one of the above mentioned cards. This method is the most secure and gives you the best consumer rights, because you are protected by your bank.

You can get your money back in the following situations:
  • You have not received the goods
  • You have been exposed to an abuse of your card details
  • You have regretted the purchase, either by refusing to accept the goods by the time of delivery, or refusing to pick up the goods at the post office/pick up shop
  • The amount deducted from your payment card is larger than the one you approved when placed the order


We want you to be happy with your order. If the goods do not match your expectations, you can return it and get your money back. You have to return the products within 14 days after receiving it. The product(s) will have to be in the same condition as when you received it.

Please attach a copy of the invoice, and make a short written description of why you choose to return the products. If you only return some of the products from your order, you can make it easier for us by highlighting these products at the invoice.
Refunds will be transferred to the payment card used for the transaction of the order. For refunds we don’t offer cash or cheque.
You as a customer are responsible for the cost of returning the goods. We do not accept returned packages sent as collect on delivery (COD) or similar.

If you refuse to accept the goods by the time of delivery, or refuse to pick up the goods at the post office/pick up shop, the goods will be returned to us, and we will refund the total amount to the payment card used for the transaction of the order.
By the time we receive your return you will get an email. In this email you get information about the further process.

According to the EU rules we offer a 2 year guarantee. We will either offer you a repair or a replace free of charge, or a full refund or reduction in price depending on the specific situation/product. The guarantee will only come into effect if the claim is entitled, and if the defect is not caused by an incorrect use of the product or other injurious behavior.

The complaint must be made within a reasonable time after you have discovered the defect of the product. If the complaint are made within two months, the complaint will always be timely.
We will refund reasonable shipping costs you may have related with the return of the products when the complaint is entitled.

Ensure to return the products well-packaged and remember to get a receipt for the shipping costs, so that we can refund your expenses.

Personal information collected
When we collect personal information through our website, we ensure that it always happens with your explicit consent, so you will be informed of exactly what information is collected and why.

By placing an order at Liquor-Store-Europe, you must at least provide the following personal information:

  • Address
  • Phone
  • Email
We need this information only to process the order and deliver the goods to you.

It is “VildMedVin ApS”, which is the legal owner of Liquor-Store-Europe, who stores and handles the data. VildMedVin ApS is registered in Denmark with the following VAT identification number: 30710177.

The personal information will not be shared or sold in any way to a third party.  We will not collect any sensitive personal information.

As a customer at Liquor-Store-Europe you always have the right to object to the registration of your personal data collected by us. In addition you have the right to inspect the information collected about you. Do you have any questions about the personal data, please address it to this email:

We receive your personal information like name, address, phone and email unencrypted. We do not store customer data encrypted. We do not transmit customer data encrypted.

The electronic payment is encrypted symmetric with a 128-bit strong encryption. VildMedVin is the controller, and our database servers are securely locked away, technically assured and otherwise protected by modern alarm systems.

The personal informations will be stored at VildMedVin for 5 years, due to demand from accounting law in Denmark. After 5 years beyond the year of accounting, the data are deleted.
The holder of VildMedVin have access to the personal information stored about you.

Tracking and cookies
Our server keeps track of all traffic without registering sensitive personal information.
We do this to optimize the webshop and our service in favor of you.
Using will save cookies locally on your computer. The cookies are easy to remove from your computer. The way they are deleted depends on which browser you use.  In Internet Explorer delete cookies from the menu "Tools ->" Internet Options "->" Delete Cookies ".

Use of log statistics
Statistics are used on Liquor-Store-Europe. A statistical system collects information about the use of the webshop. We get statistics about how many visitors we have,  in which pages they enter the webshop, which pages they leave the webshop etc.
At Licour-Store-Europe log statistics are used to optimize the website and its functionality.


Laws regarding sales of alcohol varies from country to country. In many countries you would have to be over the age of 18 years old to buy alcohol. It is your responsibility to follow the laws applicable in your country.
It is of course possible for everyone to buy chocolate, licorice and any further non-alcoholic products.

Photos used at Liquor-Store-Europe are indicative. Changes in the design of the labels can occur, and in addition some pictures shows a product from a different year. We can’t ensure that all pictures are updated.
